This course is good as it gave me a few good ideas on what to do regarding cyber incidents. I will take these ideas to my management for security operations.

I feel that it was a very informative course especially because they give us a different perspective to think about when we are doing incident planning. For example, so far, I was aware of the hostile attacker. The non-hostile attacker's part was not explored yet until we came across this course. And also, we learnt the different nitty-gritty details of a communication plan and how a simple mistake in communication could cause a disaster at the end of the incident plan. So, this course was a very informative course.

The course shared a very good scope of what has to be done before the attack and what has to be done after the attack and I've also learnt that you can recover from these types of situations. We had very good examples during the course like Marriott's example. It was good. Thank you.

I think this course is essential for everyone who works on any kind of PC and/or laptop because he/she is vulnerable to any kind of attack and should play as a partner and a key stakeholder for responding in case of an attack.
