Amar is an excellent trainer and course facilitator. Everything was taught very clearly, and the combination of real-world examples and personal experience made the course come to life. My experience was that this course is excellent for a foundational knowledge of concepts required to know what an effective incident response plan looks like. There is plenty of dedicated time to apply the understanding to your organisation to cement the concepts into your real-world experience. Cyber-attacks are inevitable, and preparedness is the key. The CIPR workshop was interesting & interactive, covering excellent content with practical experience-based examples. Group discussions added more value and created the opportunity to learn from other participants. The workshop provided the non-security team an understanding of the complex nature of attacks and mitigation in order to reduce the overall impact during an incident.
