I am a freelance compliance and risk management professional providing solutions for customers. This CIPR course was a real eye-opener about how to practically govern the cyber incident response plan. There are a lot of customers who tend to provide feedback if they are not clear about something, especially on technical issues. This course has given us the insight on how to divide the technical and business language take it to the board level and get their buy-in.
