It’s more of what we would be doing in terms of responding to breaches. Thankfully, for now, we have not been attacked but it’s a question of when we are going to be attacked. And we have to be ready and we have to be ready in responding to those attacks. So, it would be very helpful for us to start being ready by following your guidelines.

This just confirms the tonnes of work that we have to do in this department after this training. I particularly love the fact that the information and also the practical insights came from someone who doesn’t just have theories. It’s good to know that they came from first-hand experience and knowledge and that for me translates into wisdom. And that gives me more confidence in all of the information I got from these trainings.

Thank you for the assignment that you have given us. Actually, we still have a lot of work to do. Your insights have helped, especially in the preparation stage for the defence for our network.

Thank you for giving us this time to be able to really realize where we are now. When you asked the question if I am happy, the answer is yes, I am happy, but I am also sad. I am happy because I have realized what we are missing and what’s there for us to do. But sad as there are only 2 of us in the security team and it’s a lot of burden for us. The course is good, the series is good, having your conversation is good. Some important points from this session for me would be around how to handle this well, not to panic and how to get the proper information. And you (Amar) said that the cyber incident playbook is supposed to be run easily as it's not supposed to confuse anyone who reads it. These are the points, I believe, for this company's current situation. Actually, we are building this up and I am a part of that team building it. It's a good lesson for us.

I have learnt a lot. With the matrix in the office, I see that something is still missing. But based on what I have learnt today, I can review that matrix again and put more of what you have shared today in there. For some of those things, we have not given much attention or focus so it shows that we need more work to do to fill up those gaps in our organisation.

I enjoyed the training. I feel that there is no company that is 100% secure. The cybersecurity incident response plan course is an eye opener because you realise that you really need to plan for a cybersecurity breach or incident. I think we still have a lot of learning to put into the planning and a lot of management activities which are relatively hard to do. But we will still continue to push, making them understand what security is and what we need to do if such incidents happen.
