The course was detailed and very good as I was able to get more information regarding the SIEM and how to have a process for SOC maturity. I will put this into practice for my daily processes and for my management to show them where we are lagging. But now with this learning, we can improve the processes and SOC maturity more.

I think it was very dynamic and engaging, given the wealth of content. There is always the fear of ‘death by PowerPoint’. But Amar kept us engaged and spoke in terms of real scenarios. I would say you come in pretty light, but you leave quite heavy in terms of knowledge as well as content and playbooks and all of that good stuff. I enjoyed it.

It was a good combination of practical information and templates that we can use. For a small organisation, for whom, it’s perhaps quite early in the journey as we rely quite a lot on outsourcing, I think it’s given us a good place to take the next couple of steps and move us along on that never-ending journey we are on.

Though I know that it was a long course, but I didn't feel like that. When you speak out the name of the course, you think of quite a dry thing which makes you feel sluggish. But it was very interesting where we touched upon all the key concepts. It was more interactive with multiple people from different geographies. It was a good session and a good refresher.
