The course was very nicely built and I got a very clear understanding of the incident response process. The real-life examples used in this course helped me to gain a lot of knowledge and proper understanding.

I am from a non-security background and the purpose of attending this session is to get insights of cybersecurity as I am planning to switch my career into cybersecurity. We are always hearing the jargon and cybersecurity is often in the news but after attending the session, we have got some deep insights on the terminology and what to handle and how to handle. The last few slides from the session were more helpful as they taught us that we should not panic, and we should not create panic unless we have concrete information. I have taken away a lot from this session.

It was a fantastic and very informative course and gave us a lot to think about. In terms of the applications, I look forward to applying some of the technical backgrounds to ISO 27001 in the way I audit it. So, it's not about just presenting evidence but also showing the methods that you are using in applying those controls. Also, it was fantastic to meet everyone and get to talk about some of the technical stuff behind the scenes.

This course was really good. I have learned many different things and all the exercises that we did made us think. So, I think it was a thought-provoking course. And how I am going to use it? As I am currently in the process of building some of these run books and creating the incident response plans, this course will really help me to shape them.

It was very informative and today, I have learned a lot of things and the exercises have helped us to do a lot of brainstorming and helped us to put a workflow in an actual incident. So, as I work end-to-end, I think this is a part where I can work with the SoC and set up the entire process and help with quick response.

It's good and helped us well understand the incident planning and response. It will help us.

The course material and the format of this course is quite good. The important thing that I liked about this course is the breakout sessions that helped us to know each other and come up with plans. I would say it was a team-building exercise as well because we all are facing the same challenges. And what I am going to do afterwards is assess the materials that you have shared with us and I will see in my existing response plan what is missing and will implement the learning experience to improve the overall plan.
