It's a good course with good material and it's also a nicely structured refresher. It's nice to see the colleagues thinking about the changes that we've put a lot of thought into over the last 5 years. So yeah, it was nice to see.

This course helped me a lot in understanding incident response better because previously, I joined a technical training on incident response and planning. But this time, I have got to know the common-sense things we need to implement in our process. So, I appreciate this because you have given us a lot of ideas and inputs and you also told us how to make our processes better. Probably, most of us have been doing things as a SOC person, doing a lot of tracking, monitoring, etc. But this time, I do appreciate, the simple things that you have shown us. And I will share these insights with my team in my organization as I am doing policy and breach management. So, this will be very helpful for me.

This course is good as it gave me a few good ideas on what to do regarding cyber incidents. I will take these ideas to my management for security operations.

I feel that it was a very informative course especially because they give us a different perspective to think about when we are doing incident planning. For example, so far, I was aware of the hostile attacker. The non-hostile attacker's part was not explored yet until we came across this course. And also, we learnt the different nitty-gritty details of a communication plan and how a simple mistake in communication could cause a disaster at the end of the incident plan. So, this course was a very informative course.
