"I went through the virtual training on 27th June, 2020. It was a one day course and I was one of the participants for the virtual online content. Obviously that was due to COVID-19 as far as with just a go constraint. I found the virtual setup worked very well then several meetings and presentation through online with mixed success. But this presentation in the use, kept all the participants engaged and we had small discussions of 10-15 minutes back into the larger forum. The advantage as well of the virtual training was, the participation was from the worldwide. So, obviously I am in the United States and we had students from the Europe, United Kingdom, Canada, and Asia as well. So, there was a diverse group of participants which offered up several unique push backs for the discussion topics. The training content itself was well organized, and scheduled and handouts were professionally done as they definitely helped team to gain knowledge from the material. And the topic itself in the first of the education was designed for everyone whether he is from a non-technical background as he didn't need to be technologist. Folks who were technology focused, they learned more about the policy and considerations for the incident response and they also picked up a good vocabulary understanding of technology in terms of incident response. It was not a situation that you are being trained or taught to pass the test as it was a discussion based on the comments that we were getting from the students' questions and Amar was a conversant in a way as he could be switched on and talk on any topic based on incident response at the drop of the hat as he was not scripted or limited in any way.
