I found the course very rushed and a bit chaotic. Although the trainer was knowledgeable and experienced in presenting to large audiences, this does not make him a good teacher. I would recommend getting someone with teaching experience and train them instead to deliver the training. This will result in better time management and perhaps being available while group discussions take place. It will probably be much more cost-effective too. Additionall,y I found that yet again we were presented with a different approach compared to what we have been using. Perhaps it was just the way it was presented or the pace, but the NHS need to agree on a cyber risk management approach that is the same across the board.

Amar is a very charismatic individual which is a wonderful gift for an educator as it really helps people to engage and enjoy the learning process.I thought the online nature of the course really worked. The chat box enables everybody to interact whereas in the classroom environment you often find a select few will dominate proceedings. The virtual-syndicate rooms functioned very well from a technical perspective and facilitated the group break out co-operative exercises brilliantly.

Amar's experience was apparent from the start and he was happy to share with us what we need to get out of the course. He kept it splendidly interactive. The breakout rooms worked well and there was plenty of opportunity to ask questions without feeling rushed, with Amar ensuring that the course ran as required. Would definitely recommend the course to others.
