We have selected WorldPay and PAYTM to manage the processing of payments through our website. With WorldPay, you are provided with a variety of options for payment for our (GCHQ certified) courses such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB. We also accept debit cards.

With PAYTM payment options are VISA and Mastercard. 

Refund Policy

You may cancel a payment made on this website up to 21 calendar days before the beginning of the course you have paid to attend. You can send an email quoting your course, the date and location of the course and the name of the person who made the payment for the course.
Exam fees are non-refundable if paid after the completion of the course.

Please note:

  • All refunds will be credited to the payment card used to make the order.
  • We cannot issue refunds after you have attended the course.


We are committed to security of your information and will investigate reported unauthorised usage of an account immediately and refund customers within twenty four hours for any breach of security as a result of internal company security transgressions

All refunds are subject to security controls and customers will need to give correct answers to security questions before refunds are made.
Delivery: All material related to the course is handed to you on the day you attend the course.
